Commercial Roofing

We undertake any commercial roofing project, form large factories to small office units, huge exhibition halls to train stations. There are many situations where we have to undertake the work, in situations where the site still has to work. This is particularly the case with manufacturing and engineering plants that have a very critical need for machinery, ventilation and traffic to be operating as normal throughout the works. As a result of this we apply our huge expertise in creating bespoke access systems, shown in our case studies from McVities and Olympia Exhibition Hall, allowing the premises to continue working while we did. We also advise on the best type of solution, with considerations such as hot works being taken into account in some commercial situations, as without hot works normal daily operations can be carried out without loss of production and therefore profit. The team are fully trained in health and safety, working at heights and work to the strictest standards of safety to ensure that wherever we are delivering our services, we are not a headache for you.

Education

This is an area of huge development with more and more individuals requiring access to the healthcare sector, whether through living longer, an ever increasing population or other factors. There are such a range of requirements that local authorities have at present, with so many premises that are owned and maintained by the authority it generates a range of challenges that are almost all unique in some way or another. Because of this we can help advise Local Authority clients in a range of ways; whether that be through the delivery of services that have an immediate and time sensitive requirement, such as a leaking roof, or through a more strategic and long term approach. This might be by surveying properties with authority officers and laying down a plan for routine maintenance that will prevent any issues arising, allowing budgets to be used more efficiently and tenants to be happier in a warm, dry environment.

While we are able to support local authorities with existing buildings and the issues that roofing presents, we are also acutely aware that local authorities have a need to renew housing stock and public use buildings. As a result we are able to offer additional support at the planning stages to ensure that the very latest technology is used to ensure that environmental, sustainability and low energy usage requirements are all considered and a solution applying each is supplied.

Sport & Leisure

We have great pedigree in delivering solutions for the sports and leisure industry on all scales, from smaller projects such as XXXXX to large scale delivery such as the Olympia Conference Centre. We recognise the importance of ensuring that customers of each facility are undisturbed during their leisure activities while our team works and as such we have often established separate access arrangements to ensure that this happens.
